WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE 

 

My name is Fredrik Finstad and I´m a middle-distance runner.

I joined the athletics club Ekshärads Friidrott, in Sweden, at the age of eight, but started running for real at the age of twelve when I began to structure my training. In 2008 I joined the athletics club SK Vidar, in Norway.

I live in Råda, Sweden, which is a small district in northern Värmland. The surrounding woodland and forest paths makes it a good place for training. Even if I have a long way to the nearest running track, I can allways run for about half a mile to the nearest football court for some sprint training. 

I study Natural science at Älvstranden bildningscentrum, in Hagfors.
